FAQ
Before you buy
What comes with the hotspot at the starting price?
The starting price includes an IotesimGlo portable WiFi hotspot and 15GB of U.S. data for 90 days from first activation. This is a total allowance, not 15GB each month. Annual and 30-day unlimited options are also available. No SIM to insert, app setup, contract or auto-renewal.
When does my plan begin?
Your plan starts when your hotspot first activates successfully within its coverage areaβnot when you order or when it ships. Check your balance and expiry through the QR code on the device screen.
Do I get free monthly data for life?
Yes. Every IotesimGlo hotspot purchased from this website includes free monthly rewards for life. Scan the QR code on your device screen to get 1GB of U.S. data or $2 in top-up credit each month.
Choose one reward per month. Unactivated 1GB rewards can accumulate; each is valid for 30 days once activated.
Is the unlimited plan really unlimited?
Yes. The 30-day U.S. unlimited plan has no daily or total data cap, and no usage threshold that triggers reduced speeds. Your high-speed data allowance does not run out during the plan period.
Actual speeds vary with coverage and network conditions.
What happens when my included plan ends?
For 15GB and annual plans, internet access stops when the included data is used up or expires; no reduced-speed service is included. The unlimited option has no data cap during its 30-day period and ends when that period expires. Purchase another plan through the recharge portal when needed. No plan renews automatically.
How does shipping work?
Free U.S. shipping from our U.S. warehouse. Estimated transit time is 2β5 business days after shipment, not from payment. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. View shipping details.
